They then will offer to help you with your problem but for an extreamly high rate. We noticed this and decided to offer an out of warranty support service. This service is $25 a month, or $200 a year (a savings of $100). This gives you the abiility to call our number between the hours of 7am-11pm 7 days a week for complete phone service. If extra service is needed we can assist at a discounted rate for product replacement.

We offer this service to all customers whether they buy a computer with us or not. This service also allows for multi-maker support. An example of this is if you own a Dell laptop and you try to connect an HP printer to it. And if the printer does not work then you can get full support more then HP or Dell would offer since they will only help with there product in the equation. This support is also avalible with a full remote desktop option where one of our techs will take control over your computer and fix the problem over the internet for you at no extra charge.
